Fresh Labs is a small global team. We have been building web software for small operators since 2010. Twelve products shipped across that time, three live today, and a handful that were sold, retired, or folded into what came next.
Most of our work now sits behind FreshStore, the affiliate e-commerce platform we have been growing for over a decade. Fresh Cloud hosts the tools so customers do not have to, and Fresh Connect ties the systems small businesses already use into one place.
We are not a venture-backed company chasing scale. We answer the support email, we ship updates that fix real things, and we keep the team small enough that everyone still knows the customers.
What we focus on - Three things, in this order.
The list is short on purpose. Everything else is a means to one of these three.
- Help our members. Most of what we ship comes from a customer conversation. The goal is to move people one step further than they were yesterday.
- Build products we are proud of. We have made things we still use ourselves. That bar holds. Releases go out when they are ready, not when a roadmap says so.
- Grow the team. Skills, knowledge, experience. The people doing the work get more capable over time, or the company does not work.
